Why

The marketing site still called the product Protocol Visualizer and referenced vsix filenames that do not exist. The extension is Protocol Factory at 0.2.9-alpha with an Unreleased multi-file bundler. This PR syncs the site copy to that reality.

Scope

src/config/site.ts, index.html, AiWorkflow, Screenshot, Disclaimer plus their tests read Protocol Factory now.
Features.tsx gains a Multi-file Bundler card and notes the csv_file guard plus Japanese UI. Count goes 6 to 7.
Install.tsx points at protocol-factory-0.2.9-alpha.vsix.
docs/README.md, docs/Architecture.md, docs/Instllation.md use factory names and the real vsix name. The Instllation.md filename typo stays.
package.json name becomes protocol-factory-web. No dependency changes.
Out of scope: docs/superpowers history keeps old names on purpose. No parser or simulation logic enters the site.

Tradeoffs

Copy-only sync instead of sharing code with the extension. The site stays static and the extension stays the single source of truth.

Blast Radius

Static marketing site only. No runtime, no API, no dependency changes. Safe.

Verification

rg 'Protocol Visualizer' src index.html returns zero.
rg 'protocol-visualizer.vsix|protocol-viz-' docs/README.md docs/Architecture.md docs/Instllation.md src index.html returns zero.
pnpm test passes with 14 files and 43 tests green.
pnpm build passes with tsc plus vite and 42 modules transformed.
