Summary

  • build rails-base against Ruby 4.0.6 slim-bookworm
  • build rails-buildpack against Ruby 4.0.6 bookworm
  • move Ruby 4.0.5 images to the historical README lists

Verification

  • parsed both workflow files as YAML
  • validated each workflow keeps four matrix entries and maps Ruby 4.0.6 to the 4.x Dockerfile
  • confirmed both pinned multi-arch digests against the Docker Hub Registry API
  • attempted local image builds; Docker is unavailable in this environment

I guess I'll sign and force-push it.
