Bundle-required Trust Verify is now enforced in this repo's branch protection, but the tooling that authors delivery bundles was only available as a global install on one machine. Exact-pins @kontourai/flow-agents 5.5.0 as a devDependency and adds the workflow:sidecar / workflow:validate-artifacts scripts, matching the one repo where the full loop is proven.
