Publish Docs through the shared Next.js delivery workflow pinned to v0.0.4. Ordinary main pushes build/smoke-test a staging image and dispatch its digest to envs; merged Release Please PRs build production without a duplicate staging build. Initialize Release Please from existing v1.13.4.
Replace the separate main build with delivery after lint/typecheck. PR lint/typecheck/build checks stay unchanged. GitHub staging and production environments are configured with their public base URLs and a 3 GiB build heap; staging GitOps is enabled, production GitOps is disabled. The existing organization token is passed for dispatch; its Docs availability is verified by the first real run.
This does not register Docs in Argo or change production DNS/Coolify. After the first successful dispatch, activate Docs staging with its real digest, issue its certificate, and sync the remaining resources. No placeholder image should be activated.
Validation: actionlint, release JSON parsing and git diff --check passed. The merged container prerequisite already passed local Docker build/health/noindex smoke tests and GitHub PR checks. End-to-end delivery runs after this PR merges.
