- Nav line back at the top (it was dropped in the README rewrite)
- Three key numbers and a short before/after clip from the live recording in the first screen
- English and Japanese READMEs get their own clip with translated labels
- 'Board connection' is now its own heading, so the no-board path (steps 1-5) reads as the shortest way to try it
- docs/img/social-preview.png for the repo's social preview; the old video thumbnail is no longer used
