Loosen documented Astro version from 7.0.x to 7.x - #8

package.json already tracks astro ^7.1.3, so the docs had drifted. Pinning the docs to a minor invites the same drift every time Dependabot bumps one, and the theme's stated selling point is major version currency — so document the major range instead.

概要
ドキュメント上の Astro バージョン表記が実態とずれていたため修正します。
package.jsonはastro: ^7.1.3を指していますが、ドキュメント3箇所は7.0.xのままでした。変更内容
CLAUDE.mdREADME.mddocs/REQUIREMENTS.mdいずれも
7.0.x→7.x。7.1.xではなく7.xにしたのは、Dependabot が weekly でマイナーを上げる設定のため、マイナーで固定するとバンプのたびに同じずれが再発するからです。「最新メジャー対応がテーマの売り」という方針とも、メジャー単位の表記のほうが噛み合います。ドキュメントのみの変更で、コードへの影響はありません。
