Picks up the sse-proxy hardening (image 1.1.4, observability#38): JWT verification on the events bell is now mandatory — no open/pass-through mode, fail-closed at startup. No CR/behaviour change here beyond the version bump; the chart already wires URL_AUTHN namespace-aware.
