Bumps the 12 agent chart pins to the versions now consuming the shared krateo-agent-lib library chart. The Vertex SA-key wiring is defined once in the library, fixing the codegen/blueprint off-GKE (kind) crash at the source and eliminating the copy-paste drift across agent charts.
kagent / kagent-crds / clickhouse-mcp-server unchanged (not refactored). Release as installer 0.3.39.
