5.0.0 is the first published release of the v5 line, so the organize_by_project entry ships in it.

5.0.0 is the first published release of the v5 line, so the
organize_by_projectentry currently under [Unreleased] ships in it. Folds that section into [5.0.0] so the release notes match the tarball.
