Summary

Recognize SCRAM_NACH in DAT metadata so scrambled Mitchell events with WERTUNG=1 use a single combined ranking.
Preserve official rankings and retain separate-ranking support for non-scrambled exports.
Add regression coverage for JSON/XML/PBN output and double-dummy ranking calculations after direction changes.

Targeted converter, XML, matchpoint and ranking regression tests passed.
Verified export2100.dat produces one ranking for all 21 pairs without the ddComparisonAll exception; earlier DAT variants remain supported.
User tested develop and approved merging.
