レジストリからインストール先のパスを取得できなかった場合にVOICEPEAKのパスが空になり、プロセスの起動に失敗し他の音源の列挙処理が失敗していたためパスをチェックし空の場合は実行しないように変更 存在しないパスで実行された場合にも終了しないよう変更
