Codetta v2.0

Codetta v2.0 is a substantial change from Codetta v1.0.

Changes introduced include:

• streamlined requirements and setup process
• added the ability to specify a custom profile HMM database
• improved sensitivity of hmmscan alignment on genomes with biased composition
• added an argument for simpler parallelization of the hmmscan alignment step for SLURM schedulers
• updated names and format of intermediate and output files; improved content of output written to terminal
