To search users data using github api It can search over 1000 develoers data without rate limit exceeded of github api. First name, Last name and Location is provided as input to this application and then this application search this users and find public profile details,Name of repositories and No. of commits made by that developer on those repositories. To run this application you can use Netbeans. It uses Okhttp client in combination with Okio and java-JSON.
