What changed: Created an empty no-change report commit instead of modifying the codebase.
Why: Found an existing overlapping open branch remotes/origin/jules/supply-lite/fix-dashboard-xmldom-advisory-4403510006281086193 when attempting to resolve the @xmldom/xmldom vulnerability in the dashboard. Following the duplicate PR prevention rules, I aborted the operation.
