Summary

  • Brings the .specify/ tree in line with the speckit 0.8.12.dev0 scaffolding (follow-up to the openspec -> speckit migration in feat(repo): remove openspec, migrate work to speckit; constitution to 1.2.0 #302).
  • Adds the new extensions/integrations/workflows directories: git extension (commands + auto-commit / feature-branch / repo-init scripts), claude and speckit integration manifests, and the workflow registry.
  • Refreshes the existing .specify/scripts/bash/* scripts and .specify/templates/* to the upstream versions, and adds setup-tasks.sh.
  • Tooling/scaffolding only -- no application code, docs, or tests touched.

Test plan

  • Confirm .specify/init-options.json and .specify/integration.json reflect the intended speckit + claude setup for this repo.
  • Run a speckit slash command (e.g. /speckit-specify on a throwaway branch) and verify the refreshed scripts still resolve correctly.
  • Spot-check the new git extension scripts run with bash -n (syntax-only) on Linux/macOS.

…rkflows

Brings the .specify/ tree in line with the speckit 0.8.12.dev0 scaffolding:
adds the extensions/integrations/workflows directories (git extension, claude
+ speckit integration manifests, workflow registry) and refreshes the existing
bash scripts and templates. Tooling-only -- no application code touched.
