Environment Creation of the Assignment 1

Please create a folder in c:\readandwrite

This is the directory where all the token.txt, reg.txt and token.txt
file will be placed. It is not required to create the text files they will
be created automatically

NOTE : It is also possible to change the location of these text files
in the SOA_Utitlities.Constants class the location of the txt files can be changed.
Please make sure it is a destination that is not write protected !
