Fix the system error shown when exiting NSteamLink through its own HOME forwarder. For that host application ID only, let libnx send the normal application-exit notification after cleanup; preserve hbmenu/title-takeover and standalone NSO behavior. Updating the fixed-path NRO also fixes existing installed shortcuts.
The user reproduced the failure on v0.1.0 and confirmed normal HOME-forwarder exit with the fix. Validation includes 43 CTest checks, exit-policy ASan checks and Switch NRO validation. Correct the prior exit assumption in D-049 and document the source-backed behavior in D-050.
Also replace the developer-oriented README with Chinese/English project introductions, move technical material to docs/TECHNICAL.md, and document screenshot transfer. Bump to v0.1.1 for the formal patch release.
