What
Moved the approval policy into Codex config (
.github/codex/home/config.toml) and pointed the workflows at that Codex home so the setting are applied in the supported place instead of being sent tocodex exec.Why
Caught the CLI mismatch in the Codex workflow:
codex-argsis forwarded tocodex exec, so passing--ask-for-approvalthere breaks startup with an unexpected-argument error.
