Summary
The header image of this repo was becoming further and further from the actual pipeline of the actual application. So I decided to remove it entirely here. Also, while doing so, I noticed the title of the repo mentions speech-to-text. I feel dictation fits better as the LLM cleanup is focused on cleanup and formatting. I wanted to get these small changes out quick because of the presentability of the file being the first thing people see when they come across the repo.
