Summary
Updated the AGENTS.md file to better describe the projects intent and focus for agents to better operate within this project.
This covers adding a scope, reliability and privacy, glossary, and setup and validation, while updating the environment, project conventions, and pull request instructions.
This aslo includes a removal of emojis within the README.md file as it gives off a bad vibe for the repo, and this PR is a similar doc change, so I am grouping it in.
Validation
ruff format .was ran to ensure documentation followed line-length rules and other possible formatting rules.Linting and testing were skipped due to this change not touching source code.
