Merged filter.js + prop.js together so that filter.js would become needless once/if use of (old) filter get adapted to (new) prop.

Added "CARDDAV:limit" support.
Please see RFC6352 https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6352 section 10.6. and 10.6.1.
The changes depend on (include) my previous pull request #141 (sorry, did not know how to make a pull request which depend on another pull request).
