Why
Report from an engineer who saw someone get kind of hung up on this ("ok I just created my udf... how do I configure where it runs?). Not awesome to add another "step" here but I do think we should highlight up front that this is going to be a bit you have to do.
Also updated the context doc so it gets right into "set up your cluster" and less about "learn how we auto-package your environment" (because we only do that sometimes).
