fix(driver): pin terminal status deadline fix

Summary

• pin the production driver line to the terminal status deadline fix
• preserve the current production driver ancestry with a one-commit update
• track the same source change under fix(runtime): allow slow terminal status responses mosoo-agent-driver#94

Verification

• bun test tests/driver-runtime-boundary-dispatcher.test.ts in the pinned driver: 13 passed
• bun run tc in the pinned driver
• just driver-submodule-smoke is currently blocked by the existing checker expecting .dockerignore and Dockerfile while the already-pinned driver uses .containerignore and Containerfile

No deployment.
