+ Bump singularity-opac submodule. + Update oapcity type names constructors and API calls. + Use 1-group construction for gray mode in mcblock. + Access hard-coded group 0 for gray mode runs. + Fix mcblock field opacity update: use optional (missing) gmode. + Ignore dirty submodules (following A. Dempsey's artemis change).

Will go ahead and merge this once the CI is finished, then follow it up with the (hopefully small) change to have multigroup opacity used in multigroup mode (for now replacing the "continuous" frequency currently used in "multigroup"). |
