Hi, Please go ahead with the merge. I will do a give on Chicoma when you get an account for the big study from a list of config files in case you ever need to run lots of configs in the future. I made it separate because there are many slurm/site specific things you would not want in a non-site specific repo. Thanks!, Phil R
