Overview
Bumps the Go toolchain from 1.24.0 to 1.25.0 in the root module and ldotel.

In the root go.mod, updates indirect golang.org/x/crypto (0.45.0 → 0.52.0) and golang.org/x/sys (0.38.0 → 0.45.0), with matching go.sum checksums.

In ldotel, aligns OpenTelemetry (otel, sdk, trace, metric) from 1.24.0 to 1.43.0, bumps stretchr/testify to 1.11.1, and refreshes several indirect dependencies (e.g. go-logr/logr, google/uuid, new go.opentelemetry.io/auto/sdk). No application .go files change—only module metadata and lockfiles.
