[Suggestion] The ability to blacklist specific rope/chain types (e.g. the Ropes from Supplementaries)

It would be nice to have a config option that disable a specific type of chain/rope that is compatible with the mod since some mods add ropes that can already be attached to fences, and i kinda want to keep the features from those mods. For instance, the ropes from the Supplementaries mod can be attached to fences/walls and can be used to place decorative flags on it, but is not possible with this mod enabled.
