numba库依赖问题

问题描述

当项目依赖 unstructured==0.18.31 时，依赖解析会拉取 numba==0.53.1。但 numba==0.53.1 在 Python 3.12 上构建/安装会失败，因为该版本只支持 Python <3.10。这导致在该环境下 unstructured==0.18.31 无法在 Python 3.12 上正常使用。

1. 使用 Python 3.12.12
2. 安装/运行包含 unstructured==0.18.31 的依赖
