Previously textgenhub kept refreshing the UI near-instantly when chatgpt was still thinking and about to start responding. This caused a recurring refresh instead of patiently waiting out the response. Now an initial tolerance of 30s is configured. We only hit refresh if the pulse effect is shown for 30 seconds and response is still not obtained after that period is elapsed.
