This PR enhances the security of the FastAPI application by adding CORSMiddleware and TrustedHostMiddleware. These middlewares are crucial for preventing Cross-Origin attacks and Host Header attacks in production environments.

The configuration is flexible, allowing ALLOWED_ORIGINS and ALLOWED_HOSTS to be set via environment variables (comma-separated lists), while defaulting to * to maintain existing behavior and ease of development.

A new test file tests/controller/test_kafka_app_middleware.py verifies the presence and correct configuration of these middlewares. An entry has also been added to .jules/sentinel.md documenting this improvement.
