A completed Purchase Receipt is allready in the list of To Bill

When you close a Purchase Receipt manuel with the state Completed, the Purchase Receipt will be shown in the List with "To Bill"
Also in the Purchase Order Dashboard is declared as "Open" (Red Point)

The same for "Return" state
