feat(ui): rename jobs table action to Select and make next-reward stat dynamic - #67

…t dynamic (#55 follow-up) - The Available Jobs row button fired runCompleteMaintenance directly, releasing escrow from an accidental table click. It now only selects the job, opens the direct tab and scrolls to the Complete Maintenance card, so the tx stays a single deliberate action with evidence. - Relabeled the action to 'Seleccionar' / 'Select' (techTakeJob). - The 'Next job reward' stat card was hardcoded to an em dash and a static subtitle; it now shows the first open job's reward plus the open-jobs count, falling back to the empty state.

Summary
Renames the Available Jobs row action from "Complete" to "Select" and
makes it a selection-only step. Follow-up to #55 (TechnicianDashboard
flow separation into direct/hand-off tabs).
Changes

"Complete & Get Paid", with evidence attached.
