add: configurable display SPI frequency and mode via NVS - #38

Display::begin() now reads frequency and SPI mode from the "spi" NVS namespace (dispFrequency / dispMode), same as SD card frequency. Defaults stay 80 MHz (40 MHz on breadboard) and SPI_MODE3. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
