Node-red contrib for Youless
Tested with enelogic firmware and LS120 and LS110 with pvoutput firmware
Reading information from the youless.
Added option to change current to negative values if power in negative.(LS120)
Added autodicovery for Youless devices on local network and detect model(LS120 LS110).
