The vagrant.all setup

Note that this is only available on the vagrant branch.

The vagrant.all directory provides setup data for Vagrant to make it possible to have the complete container setup on any machine. The setup and update procedures for vagrant.all are very similar to vagrant.sndcomp, but it is currently necessary to perform some manual setup concerning the lingdb/ielex2 container. To perform this manual setup use vagrant ssh to get a shell for the virtual machine and follow the instructions given for the lingdb/ielex2 container.
