All in the title. Image was encoded in cavif with args:
--cpu-used 0 --pix-fmt yuv420 --bit-depth 10 --rate-control q --crf 16 --bit-rate 0 --tune psnr --encoder-usage good --adaptive-quantization variance --enable-cdef --enable-full-color-range --enable-rect-partitions --enable-ab-partitions --enable-1to4-partitions
Any other avif decoder can resolve this.

ok it is --enable-full-color-range, i dont know need i close the issue, therefore i'll wait for answer.
