#9: Faithfully migrate public homepage

Summary

• Restore the pinned public homepage from wan0net/link42 commit aaa140cdd753d6576f0a2bf3292b31518b88fbcc instead of the reconstructed design.
• Retain the original hero, manifesto, three-product grid, platform section, six principles, CTA, AI notice, copy, and source CSS.
• Reproduce the original public platform bar and footer without private auth, sessions, API, or account behaviour.
• Keep only minimal accessibility and overflow corrections required by the public verification gate.
• Update provenance receipts and regression tests for the faithful migration.

Verification

• Full local verification passed with the Node engine check overridden because the host has Node 26 and the repository pins Node 22.
• 46 Node tests passed.
• 40 Vitest tests passed.
• 52 Playwright and Axe tests passed; 12 intentional skips.
• Source and import receipts, public-tree safety, Gitleaks history and tree scans, types, build, routes, and formatting passed.
• Production audit reports one low-severity advisory and no high-severity findings.
• No engine or dependency change is included.
