Promotes the complete assessed ISM-to-ATT&CK mitigation corpus to reviewed following explicit corpus-level approval. All 599 relationships retain their candidate IDs, rationale, evidence, confidence, security function, and generation provenance; only lifecycle review metadata changes.\n\nValidation includes the full repository suite, database rebuild/validation, exact reviewed-row assertions, and desktop/phone Explorer and ATT&CK catalogue browser coverage.
