Attribution (frozen 15c8453 and 69c124b runs: Oddsense caused #1-#7, the forecast-feedback ledger #8, the backtest merge none), the decision behind each of the four fix commits, the whole plain suite before (8 failed) and after (0 failed, per-test JUnit diff: exactly those 8 changed), the clean merge with main 7b429c8, and the follow-ups found on the way: the plain suite's exit hang (also on main), tests that still write the checkout's backend/uploads ledger and reports, and the intermittent Kaleido launch failure.

The offline unit/golden job ran the entire backend suite, collecting tests that require an absent
deer-flow/checkout and unrelated tests that failed in CI.
