Mapping the Genetic Atlas of Gestational Phenotypes

This is the code used for analysis in the article "The Dynamic Genetic Atlas of Gestational Phenotypes". The required software includes PLINK 2.0 and LDSC. The R packages needed are listed at the beginning of the code.
