What: this PR changes the screen when the player loses by adding a game over screen
Why: this matters because it was hard for the player to tell if they lost and how to play again but this does that
Verified: I verfied this by going into live preview and losing on purpose and the screen popped up i expected it to appear when the player loses and it happened
This PR is ready for review the step is to incorpurate this into the real game
