Blog joins the section links; the two external links move into a trailing utility group so they read as the last items in the header rather than sitting among the in-page sections. The header grid gains a fifth column to hold that group (fourth below 1100px, where the brand line drops out), and both are hidden with the rest of the desktop nav below 820px, where the mobile menu carries the same order.
The full-width line under the five-layer strip restated the diagram — product surface through model execution — which the strip already shows. It now states the payoff the proof directly beneath it demonstrates: the same application running on a 4B laptop model and a ten-agent frontier box.
Portability is the consequence; governing the intelligence while it is still running is the thing a token API cannot do. The caption now names that, and still lands on the strip's Placement column via the laptop/frontier pair the proof beneath it demonstrates.

A full-page diff confirms the nav change touches only the header band.
