Evolutionary AI-Native Organization Platform
Build • Operate • Evolve • Share • Commercialize
AHI-Organization (AHI-O) is the reference implementation and entity specification for all organizations in the Artificial Hybrid Intelligence (AHI) Ecosystem.
AHI-O provides a common architecture for building organizations that continuously evolve through collaboration between humans and artificial intelligence.
Unlike traditional ERP or AI platforms, AHI-O is designed around constitutional governance, evolutionary knowledge, organizational memory, expert thinking, reusable standards and precedent-driven evolution.
AHI-O is not a single ERP.
AHI-O is not a single AI.
AHI-O is not a workflow engine.
AHI-O is an Evolutionary Organization Platform.

Evolution
Every AHI-O is constitutionally governed.
Every member owns defined voting rights.
Every important decision follows constitutional voting.
Typical examples:
Normal Decision
More than 50%
Constitution Amendment
Defined by organization constitution
Organization Dissolution
Defined by organization constitution
AHI Constitution defines the governance framework.
Each organization defines its implementation.
AHI-O supports multiple owners.
Owners may include:
- Individuals (AHI-P)
- Organizations (AHI-O)
Ownership percentages determine constitutional voting power.
Ownership does not imply unrestricted control.
All governance follows constitutional rules.
AHI-O adopts an evolutionary model inspired by precedent.
Organizations are encouraged to:
- Reuse existing precedents.
- Improve proven solutions.
- Create new precedents when necessary.
Successful precedents may become standards.
Successful standards may become specifications.
Specifications may eventually influence future constitutional evolution.
AHI Marketplace enables organizations to publish:
- Knowledge Packs
- Expert Thinking Packs
- Department Templates
- AI Agents
- Workflow Templates
- ERP Extensions
- Policies
- Standards
- Specifications
- Skills
- Memory Packs
Creators retain ownership according to marketplace rules.
Organizations may freely choose to reuse, extend or commercialize published artifacts according to their licenses.
AHI-O encourages rapid implementation by integrating mature Open Source projects.
Typical integrations include:
- ERPNext
- Odoo Community
- n8n
- Flowise
- Open WebUI
- FastAPI
- PostgreSQL
- Qdrant
- Chroma
- Ollama
- Docker
Commercial services may be added without changing organizational architecture.
AHI-O serves as the reference implementation for every AHI organization.
Examples include:
- AHI-O-ERE
- AHI-O-DamLe
- AHI-O-Factory
- AHI-O-Lab
Each organization inherits from this repository while maintaining independent governance, memory, knowledge and business operations.
