…rds the campaign left untracked Seven files that the Kolibri-1 three-way work produced but never had a commit to ride on, all currently loose and untracked in the shared checkout (one 'git add -A' away from landing in an unrelated commit — the exact hazard the records rules warn about): - kolibri1_goldens_primary.json / gen-kolibri1-primary-goldens.py / aleph-alpha-inference-smoke.py: the primary-oracle chains, their generator (the same script the rows re-emission used, with the corrected indexing), and the smoke entry point the oracle record already references. - kolibri1_goldens_llamacpp.json / kolibri1_llamacpp_topk_rows.json: the mistral.rs collaboration's llama.cpp artifacts — 8-prompt greedy chains and per-position top-20 (256/256 unlagged: rows[k].token == rows[k].top[0]), produced from GGUF 76ddb05e458cce1a... at llama.cpp 62318cd57, provenance recorded in the files. - compare-kolibri1-oracles.py: position-by-position oracle comparison with lag auto-detection — detects the old lagged primary rows as +1 and the repaired file as 0. - ISSUE-LOCAL-01M4R8DVBMQA4WWCF9X6VG00E1: the GEMV attribution gap issue, OPEN, orphaned — it was created in the shared checkout and never committed.
