Obscure Bug: dnf automatically choose 'no' when doing 'tux sup'

Symptom:

When running the 'tux sup' command on Fedora (26), the 'no' option is being chosen automatically.

Possible Cause: Unknown

Expected Outcome:

A prompt should appear and wait for user input to choose either 'y', or 'n'

Possible Solution: Unknown/unclear

Notes:

The 'dnf' command that 'tux sup' is bound to works as expected when executed manually. There are no indicators as to why the same command fails when bound.

Looks like yum comes before dnf in iteration. This causes /usr/bin/yum to become the default package manager instead of /usr/bin/dnf
