Description
Enable scheduled gpui-pre publishing every Sunday at 18:00 Beijing time (10:00 UTC), and remove the even-ISO-week gate so releases run weekly.
Remove the detailed automated gpui-pre publishing instructions from CONTRIBUTING.md and point the workflow comment directly to the publishing script.
The existing publishing script audits licenses, verifies packaging with
cargo publish --dry-run, and builds and tests GPUI Kit against the staged crates before uploading. Manual dispatch remains available.How to Test
