I have worked across banking, food tech, logistics, and analytics, but I keep getting pulled into the same kind of problem: a process has grown, the information is scattered, and the team is spending too much time chasing updates instead of making decisions. I trace where the work breaks, rebuild the flow, and leave behind a system people can keep using.

At Bank Mega, I turned a fragmented recruiting process into a single source of truth that handled more than 10,000 CVs a year. It reduced recruitment turnaround time by about 80% and administrative work by about 60%. At Digiresto, I built reporting and merchant workflows while the business moved through several pivots, including digital catering.

I completed an MBA in Analytics because I wanted stronger tools for the problems I was already solving. Today I combine operational judgment with data, process design, and lightweight automation.

Problems I’m useful for

When the work looks like this What I bring
A process depends on manual follow-ups and scattered files I map the handoffs, remove repeated work, and build one usable workflow
The data exists, but nobody trusts or uses it I define the measurement logic and turn it into decision-ready reporting
Teams keep losing information between functions I make ownership, status, and next actions visible
AI is being added without a clear operating purpose I test what the system actually does and design the human checks around it

Selected proof of work

Work What changed Result
Mass Recruitment Single Source of Truth Replaced repeated manual entry with one candidate-led flow covering screening, interviews, notifications, document collection, and HR handoff Handled 10,000+ CVs annually; reduced turnaround time by ~80% and administrative work by ~60%
Attrition Evidence and Intervention System Connected intake, exit, performance, and training data so teams could act from shared evidence Contributed to departmental turnover reductions of ~15% in 2023 and ~17% in 2024
Merchant Onboarding and Performance System Led six onboarding specialists, standardized the workflow, and built merchant visibility in Looker Reduced onboarding time by about three days and gave sales and product teams a shared view of bottlenecks
AI Prototype Integration Audit Found that a prototype presented as AI-enabled made no model calls, then designed and verified the remediation Replaced hard-coded behavior with a real server-side model integration and visible guardrails

Portfolio

I’m converting selected professional systems and MBA work into public case studies. I’m starting with an H-1B sponsorship analytics project because the source data is public and I can show the full Python and SQL method without hiding the difficult parts.

Future case studies will be added here as complete repositories, with the problem, my role, decisions, method, result, and evidence limits kept together.

How I think about the work

I care about whether a metric changes a decision and whether a workflow still works after its builder leaves. In people analytics, I use data for insight rather than surveillance. In AI work, I check what the system actually does before calling it intelligent.

Working stack

Python SQL Power BI Tableau Excel Google Sheets Apps Script Looker Studio MySQL Notion Smartsheet

Based in Houston, Texas. I’m interested in People Operations, Talent Management, People Analytics, and Business Operations roles where the work is still taking shape and someone needs to make it usable.
