This PR improves the structure and readability of the README.md by adding a Table of Contents (TOC) near the top of the file.

✨ Changes Made:
Added a Table of Contents section after the project introduction
Included anchor links to all major sections
Improved navigation for contributors and users
Made README more structured and beginner-friendly
🎯 Purpose:

The goal of this change is to make it easier for users and contributors to quickly navigate through different sections of the documentation without manually scrolling.
