LAN内のECHONET Liteデバイスを探索します。
--detail オプションを付けると「状変アナウンスプロパティマップ」「Setプロパティマップ」「Getプロパティマップ」を取得し、さらにGetプロパティマップに記述されたEPCの値を取得します。
