chore: synchronize consumer readiness and public docs

Summary

• publish the post-merge consumer readiness fixes and evidence-backed RAV4 verification
• synchronize the public README and canonical documentation records
• preserve the repository Wiki as a projection of docs/

Verification

• developer, autonomy, ingestion, Go API, and shared-contract suites pass
• positive consumer matrix: 5/5 pass at score 100
• negative missing-phase case: blocking fail, no PDF
• Wiki read back with Home, Architecture, Getting Started, and Contributing pages
• no source credentials or user-owned sample data/, output/, or tmp/ artifacts are included
